Track one
If you are testing a team
You are building something that has to keep working after the first hire. Here is the order it happens in.

You call or send the form
Tell us roughly how many people you hire and how often. If you already have a policy, bring it; if you do not, that is fine too.
- 02
We agree on the program
Pre-employment, random, or both. Who results go to. How often random selections get drawn. All of it in one short conversation.
- 03
We set up your account
The paperwork and the reporting path live on our side. You are not building a process, you are approving one.
- 04
You send people in — or we come out
A new hire, or a selected employee after a draw. They come to us, we collect at your workplace, or we book an evening slot for a night shift. Either way, we collect.
Track two
If this is just for you
One test, one trip, and your result goes to you. Here is what to expect.

You reach out first
Call, text, or send the inquiry form. Tell us what kind of test you need — or describe the situation and we will work it out.
- 02
We tell you what to bring
Photo ID, plus any paperwork the requesting party gave you. This is the call that keeps you from making the trip twice.
- 03
You come in — or come after work
Collection at our Dallas location, a mobile visit if the trip is the hard part, or an evening or Saturday appointment. It is quick, discreet, and you are not sitting in a waiting room explaining yourself.

Your result goes to you
Unless you authorized someone else to receive it. Nothing is shared beyond the people you named.
